Warranty

Chunk Systems Pty Ltd warrants that during the warranty period of three years from the date of purchase the effects pedal will, with normal use and service as described in the user’s manual, be free from faulty parts, manufacture or workmanship.

This warranty is valid only for effects pedals that are purchased new and unused from Chunk Systems or its authorised resellers.

The purchaser must provide proof of purchase and have registered the effects pedal with Chunk Systems to receive any warranty service.

If a defect arises during the warranty period as a result of faulty parts, manufacture or workmanship, Chunk Systems will repair or replace the pedal, at its discretion. Normal wear and tear and damage resulting from improper use or other abuse of the pedal are not covered by this warranty.

Warranty service outside Australia may be provided by an authorised distributor of Chunk Systems effect pedals. Warranty enquiries and claims should be directed first to the nearest authorised distributor. Transit costs to or from Chunk Systems or its authorised distributors will be born by the purchaser.

Chunk Systems gives no other warranties and in no event will be liable for any damages arising out of use of or inability to use this product. The full extent of any liability is limited to repairing or replacing the effects pedal.
